Stephen Tully is a trial attorney who works hard to get his clients the best possible outcome when facing tough charges from DUIs to homicide to “white collar crimes.” He spent a decade as the State’s Attorney for Baltimore City until 1983. While there, he served as a Deputy State’s Attorney, Chief of the Trial Division, and lead for both Narcotics Strike Force and High Impact Murder, Robbery, and Rape Prosecution. He has been in private practice since and is a leader in the litigation field who has practiced in Federal Court and every county in Maryland State Court. He has extensive experience trying automobile cases under the new negligence manslaughter standard.
